Owner & Managing Member

Robbie Lober is the Owner and Managing Member of Lober Real Estate, a Tampa-based industrial real estate firm focused on warehouse leasing and investment sales. A Tampa native and graduate of the University of South Florida with a Bachelor's in Finance (concentration in Real Estate), Robbie brings deep Central Florida industrial market expertise and a reputation as a trusted relationship-builder with strategic insight across partnerships and investments.

Robbie currently represents approximately 2.5M SF of leasing assignments in the Tampa MSA and has closed over $200MM in transaction value across leases and sales. Off the clock, he enjoys fishing, traveling, golfing, following sports, and spending time with family and friends.

Devin Beeler

Industrial Broker

Devin Beeler is a Tampa native and industrial real estate broker focused primarily on industrial leasing and investment sales across Central Florida. He works closely with landlords and ownership groups to lease, stabilize, and reposition industrial properties — including standalone warehouses, multi-tenant parks, IOS facilities, truck terminals, and industrial land.

Devin oversees approximately 1.5M SF of active landlord leasing assignments and maintains a strong real-time pulse on tenant demand, deal terms, and market movement across Tampa Bay, Lakeland, and the I-4 Corridor. He holds a degree in Accounting from the University of South Florida and a Master's in Accounting and Data & Analytics from the University of Georgia, and maintains an active CPA license. When he's not closing deals, Devin enjoys family time, sports, restaurants, friends, and bad golf.

Alec Seow is an industrial real estate broker specializing in the leasing, acquisition, and disposition of industrial properties for investors and owner-users. His analytical, disciplined approach is rooted in a background in property and casualty insurance, giving him a strong understanding of risk evaluation, asset protection, and underwriting considerations that most brokers simply don't have.

Alec began his brokerage career in East Tennessee with Wallace Commercial, where he built a foundation in industrial leasing, market analysis, and transaction execution. He is known for attention to detail, responsiveness, and guiding clients through complex decisions with thoughtful, value-driven outcomes aligned with their operational needs and long-term goals.

Jason McCormick advises investors and occupiers of industrial real estate and IOS properties throughout Florida. A licensed broker for nearly a decade, Jason has a strong background in industrial site selection and portfolio strategy — having advised on transactions and strategies supporting more than $7 billion in capital investment across approximately 40 million square feet of industrial space and roughly 80 industrial and IOS transactions.

His experience spans institutional and entrepreneurial environments, including advisory roles at JLL and Cushman & Wakefield. Jason is known for his thoughtful, data-driven strategy and his ability to align real estate decisions with long-term business and investment objectives. He is also committed to community engagement and donates a portion of his commissions to charitable initiatives.
